Export
Turkish paper sold to corrugators and distributors in Europe, the UK, the Middle East and North Africa. FOB Gemlik, Ambarlı, Aliağa or Mersin; CFR Mediterranean and UK ports; DAP Europe by truck (via Bulgaria–Romania or Greece, 5–8 days).

Import
Virgin kraftliner, semi-chemical fluting, recovered paper (OCC, mixed, DLK) and pulp for Turkish mills. Supplier qualification, samples and trial shipments. For recovered paper, Annex VII is issued under the buyer mill's waste importer registration and environmental permit; pre-shipment inspection where requested.

Contract and payment
Proforma and sales contract with specification table, tolerances, shipment month and claims procedure in writing. Payment by letter of credit (at sight or deferred), documents against payment, or T/T against copy documents; deferred terms under credit insurance for regular buyers. Invoices are issued by the contracting entity named in the offer and are payable only to its bank account in Türkiye, as stated on the invoice. Monthly price revision on term contracts; fixed price on spot.

Logistics and documents
Container bookings, truck organisation and port selection. Bill of lading or CMR, commercial invoice, packing list, reel list, movement certificate (A.TR for the EU, EUR.1 for FTA countries) or certificate of origin, CoA and, for recovered paper, Annex VII — checked before issue and sent with the shipment.

Quality and claims
Mill CoA with every shipment; loading photos and bale lists for recovered paper; third-party inspection on request. Off-specification deliveries are notified within 14 days and handled through one channel — evidence, mill response, settlement — and closed in writing.
